Okies, you will have to use your brain to acces the charracter creation section. But don't worry, it's not a big deal.
A hint: Think of Italy!
1. Basic Rules
Öhm, here, you should better have fun XD
You are not allowed to insult any member. "Treat others the way you want to be treated!" Keep that in mind.
Cursing is allowed. But only in IC-posts. The characters can hate each others, but for example the players can be in love.
Ah, and don't give out your exact living place. You don't want to be visited by a murderer, don't you? A good way is to say something wrong. For example: You live in Brooklyn (NY), but you say you live in chinatown. Right? I don't want to see any real adresses!
2. Character Rules
You can have as many characters as you want, but don't just make ten male wolves and no female. We all want mates for our characters. So if there are ten males and only one female, I would recommend that you choose a female. A female can have puppies! XD
You are not allowed to be the mate of yourself! No setting up two characters and saying "Oh, they are a couple!" NO!. A very big no. You are ONE person, so you can not be the lover of yourself. Your character will be denied if that happens.
There is just one wolf race - a simple wolf. Well, Colored wolves! Your characters can be tiger striped with green and yellow, but then can also have natural colors.
Everything is allowed.
Even Jewelery.
Oh, and there are no humans.
And please, your Character can not be perfect. Applying with a charry without flaws will cause a ban. Right? So you better be creative. Or just try to imagine your character. It will tell you the strengths and weaknesses.
Your wolf must be older than one year. (Except newborn pups. But they are 'up for grabs')
A wolf normally dies at the age of ten or so. So if your wolf passed 10, but you like your wolf and can not 'kill it' - Or if you see: Oh, it's ten; Time to die! - There are some wolves who become very old. But they are not young anymore. They become weaker and weaker. But please, don't let your wolf be suicidal on the tenth birthday!
I will only allow a few to get older than eleven.
Posting Rules
Your wolf is allowed to insult another wolf. But please, keep it IC and don't spread out into OOC. For example, you are a friend of the member, but the characters hate each other. Then you would keep the insults in IC. That is alright.
(There are no censored words.)
Ah, and please - If you mate, please don't roleplay a mature sex scene. It's perverted and a ban for a day will happen.
And another note: You only play YOUR OWN character. Killing without permission is Powerplay and that will cause a day ban.
Okies, this is a very very stupid thing: The posting limit. I'm going to pick one I can match.
150 words is the minimum. [PS: I usually have a lack of length at the second page. So, if you are not able to match 150 words - Don't worry, I am not better XD]
There is no need to fear me.
Ah yes, in the application, it says:
"Have you read the rules?"
Posting "yes" as the ansswear is not right. Find the codeword.

You need to put down how old a wolf is. Like, if the wolf is a pup, how would you put it? 5 summers? Or just put 5. And how old is 5? Is it a pup, a teen, a young adult, etc.?
Also, what are the packs?
